We’re excited to announce that the City of Los Angeles’ Moderate Income Purchase Assistance (MIPA) Program funds are now available! Depending on your income and household size, you can receive up to $115,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance. There are two levels of assistance based on income and household size.

Exciting News: As part of our AAPI Career Pathways Initiative, FACE is dedicated to making it possible for youths in LA County to receive paid internship employment ($17/hr) and connecting them with case workers in LA County (public and private sectors). The intern will be able to gain job training and professional skills. There are virtual internships available, flexible hours, and opportunities all year long!
