• First paystub of the calendar year
• 3 most recent concurrent paystubs
• Most recent tax returns (if there is interest or dividend income showing on page 1 of the tax returns on line 3a, 2b or 3b provide the corresponding 1099’s and or statements for investment (dividend earning) accounts)
• All income earning assets (interest earning bank accounts; investment accounts) only needed if showing on the tax returns
• Self-employed income: 2 years tax returns and year to enrollment date P&L statement
• Most recent W-2
• Completed AHP Household income qualification
• Homeowners workshop certificate
• If you have a W-2 from a previous employer provide a verification of end of employment date from the employer

• 1003 (loan application)
• 1008 (underwriter worksheet)
• LE (loan estimate)
• Preliminary title report
• Earnest money deposit receipt (escrow receipt)
• Vesting
• Close of Escrow Date
• Approval needed by date (if needed for BMR or other subsidies)

• FHLBSF has a HTI ratio of 35% as a bench mark.  If over 35%, a satisfactory explanation is required.  FHLBSF wants to ensure the home purchase is affordable and sustainable.
